My favorite part about this place was the affordable price for an entire meal. Great service and great food.

Love the food here! We've been here tons of times over the years, and it does not disappoint. I miss the booths with their cushioned seats, but such is life sometimes. Also, Tori is literally the sweetest, most helpful human. She took care of our order with all its minor details with such joy and care. Want some good food made by a great staff? Come here. You won't be disappointed.

I have been a repeat customer at this location since its opening (mid- or late 2000s?) and never once have had a bad experience. The food consistently is delicious and the customer service is wonderful. Amy, Ashley, the rest of the staff and the store managers with whom I have interacted over the years have done a wonderful job and always make me feel welcome. I love the Tijuana Flats app and rewards program, with the former being extremely user-friendly and convenient, and the latter being a great reason to place orders twice/week (30 bonus points are awarded to an account each week if orders are placed on both Tuesday and Thursday). This has to be the best customer service I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. The food was hot and tasted fresh, decent portion size too. The service was the cherry on top. I wish I got the name of the staff member who took care of me but I forgot to ask. She was great, and made me feel like she genuinely enjoyed her job and cared about guest experience. Great experience all around!

Door Dash delivery driver did NOT hand me the bag as instructed! Second time this has happened with the same delivery person. Get people who can read/understand English! No issues with the food or TF. Excellent restaurant. DD needs better drivers!

I was a little skeptical to give TJ another try since a different location was not great, but we were in the area and it sounded good. We were pleasantly surprised and definitely one of their best locations! The restaurant is clean and organized. You feel welcomed as you walk in. The staff is attentive and happy to answer any questions. We got to meet the manager Charles and he was checking on clients and taking orders out as well. The food was good, not only was it made to order but the ingredients were fresh and well balanced. We had the option of having the churro bites made a bit after to make sure they were fresh and they sure were good and taste like a churro! That cinnamon sugar tops the flavor. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. Thank you!

This is our 3rd time going to Tijuana Flat, and 1st time at this location. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious, service was on point, Taco Tuesday prices are phenomenal. They have outdoor and indoor dining, which is suitable for the evening weather. Also, another neat thing I noticed was the DoorDash/Uber Eats shelf is off to the side with a TV above it letting customers know what orders are being prepared and what orders are ready. Exceptional job by the staff too, not only did they ask how everything was as usual, they politely reassured and accepted the compliment. 10 out of 10. Thanks.

We ordered for pick up for our Christmas dinner it was very delicious we got the platters that bring soft and hard tortillas it had beef and chicken and all the toppings when I picked up the food the servers inside excellent customer service they helped me bring the food to my car my experience was very positive the food was great thanks
